What is the Sushi Cabinet, where is it located and how do I use it? The Sushi Cabinet is an extra spot in the Kitchen to store pre-made sushi. It has a clear display top and is located at the top of the counter (below the customers). Each cabinet can only hold 1 prepared sushi. It is a good place to put a sushi if you accidentally made the wrong one; and hopefully another customer will come along that wants it. It is also a good place to put several of the most popular sushi for that level.
