Making ice is probably the biggest obstacle in getting 3 stars.  Increasing patience and upgrading the juices and ice maker are key.  Getting the Automatic Ice Maker is also very important.  It appears around Level 27 and will cost 40 gems, so save up before you begin playing any level above 20.  You will only have 72 hours to buy it.  Until you have the Automatic Ice Maker, you’ll need to change your playing strategy.  Limit customers to one or two at a time by leaving money on the counter.  While a customer is waiting on an iced cocktail, bring in another customer.  There’s a very good chance the new customer won’t need ice and will want a different flavor drink.   By upgrading your tabletop, you can always have one glass with ice available
